Autumn Living is registered with WorksafeBC to cover all our providers and has an employer account #201202393 

This is really important because if you hire someone to spend time with a Loved One that isn't registered with WorksafeBC, it creates an employer-contractor relationship and likely makes the employer (you) liable if they are injured while working. A contractor is not covered by the location's insurance (same way a landscaping worker is not covered by the location).
